Men’s 10K offers men of all running abilities the opportunity to enjoy being involved in mass participation event. We actively encourage men who have not previously exercised to use the event as a motivational tool to get off the couch and get fit!

It costs £85 a night to accommodate a family in our House and we can’t do it alone. With your support we will be able to keep the doors of our House open, helping us to reach more families.
