To gain consent for photography, video, transcribed stories and written case studies.

From time to time Ronald McDonald House Glasgow uses information about the families who stay with us or people who support us for marketing and fundraising purposes. We will never use any information without express permission and will always follow the rules of the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you would like to give us permission to use your details, please confirm by submitting the form below.

How will your photo, video, transcribed story, quotes or written case study be used?

  • On the Ronald McDonald House Glasgow (RMHG) website and/or social media channels
  • In printed marketing materials
  • In printed or online advertising/media and TV
  • Any third parties who are connected to the House

You can ask for us to stop using your content at any time by emailing us at fundraising@ronaldmcdonaldhouse.co.uk – at which point we will stop using your content on any current or future materials, however we will not be able to recall any items already in circulation.

    I give Publicity Consent for my content to be used by Ronald McDonald House Glasgow. *If you are under 16, consent is required from a parent or guardian.
