On Sunday 28 August, 125 bold people took on the Kiltwalk challenge in Glasgow, walking either 6, 11, or 25 miles to raise funds for the House, raising a phenomenal £35,470.99!!
Lots of families who had personally used the House took part, alongside many other individual and groups of supporters. It was a record breaking year for the Kiltwallk with 13,000 Kiltwalk Heroes, and a record breaking one for us as well with over 3 times as many Kiltwalkers than we have EVER had in Glasgow.
The Hunter Foundation also topped up all the sponsorship received with another 40%, meaning we received over £10,000 extra.
Congratulations and thank you to all the Kiltwalkers – you made some really big steps for lots of little people!
