Volunteering at the House can significantly make a difference to the lives of families staying with us.

Volunteers are needed for the day to day tasks of running such an lively and homely House. From keeping our garden beautiful, to the kitchen spic and span – we rely on volunteers to help provide this high quality free ‘home away from home’ accommodation. 

If you can spare a few hours a week to help with these activities, we would love to hear from you. Or if you have a particular area of expertise that you think would benefit the House, then please let us know. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

Alternatively our fundraising efforts never stop – could you be a part of our dynamic volunteering team? We have various opportunities to help at our events. Or could you spread the word and speak with groups as one of our ambassadors? Maybe become a driver and help distribute collection cans? Or is your strength in admin based work – if so we have heaps of tasks you’ll enjoy.

So, if you’re looking to learn new skills, meet fantastic and inspiring people or give back to your local community – volunteer with us and together we’ll continue giving children the best medicine of all – their families
